Delete Your Shapes: Obey the Rule Account

This process applies to Shapes: Obey the Rule, operated by Curnte Technologies. Account deletion requests can be sent to support@curnte.com.

How to request account deletion

• Email support@curnte.com from the email address connected to your Shapes: Obey the Rule account.
• Use the subject line: Shapes Account Deletion Request.
• Include your display name, account email, and any relevant player identifier so we can verify the account.
• If the app includes an in-app deletion option, you may also start the request from inside the app.

Deleting the app does not delete your account

Uninstalling Shapes: Obey the Rule from your device does not delete your account, gameplay data, support messages, purchase records, or other account information. You must request account deletion through this page or through an in-app deletion option where available.

What data is deleted

• Account profile information that is no longer needed, such as email address, display name, and account settings.
• Saved gameplay progress, achievements, leaderboard profile data, and preferences that are connected to the deleted account where deletion is technically and legally available.
• Support information and other personal data that is not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, payment, or dispute reasons.

What may be retained

• Purchase, refund, receipt, tax, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, security, and legal compliance records may be retained where necessary.
• Support messages and enforcement records may be retained if needed to investigate misuse, resolve disputes, or protect the service.
• Records that must be kept for legal, accounting, tax, security, or platform compliance reasons may be retained for up to seven years unless a longer period is required by law.

Processing time

We will review deletion requests after verifying the account. Some information may be deleted promptly, while retained records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed for the reasons listed above.
