App and developer

This policy applies to Shapes: Obey the Rule and related services operated by Curnte Technologies. Privacy questions may be sent to support@curnte.com.

Information we collect

Account information, if account features are enabled, such as email address, display name, sign-in identifier, and support messages.
Gameplay information such as score, level progress, achievements, settings, rule completion, leaderboard activity, and saved game state.
Device and app information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, diagnostics, crash logs, and performance data.
Purchase or entitlement information from Google Play Billing if paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered.
Advertising and analytics information such as ad interaction data, approximate device signals, and app usage events if ads or analytics are enabled.

How we use information

To operate the game, save progress, show scores, manage accounts, and provide player support.
To maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, debug crashes, improve performance, and understand how the game is used.
To process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, receipts, and entitlements through Google Play.
To show, measure, and protect ads if advertising features are enabled.
To communicate service updates, support responses, safety notices, and account-related messages.

Third-party services

Shapes: Obey the Rule may use third-party services that process information according to their own policies, including Google Play Billing for purchases, Google AdMob for ads, Firebase or Google Analytics for analytics and diagnostics, crash reporting services, cloud hosting, database, and infrastructure providers.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the game, provide support, process purchases, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, protect users and the service, or work with service providers acting on our behalf.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect player information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect accounts, gameplay records, payment references, and support information from unauthorized access.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the game, provide support, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms. Children

Shapes: Obey the Rule is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to the game, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
