Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or playing Shapes: Obey the Rule, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Use of the game

Shapes: Obey the Rule is provided for personal entertainment. You may use the game only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, these terms, and any in-game instructions.

Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information if account features are enabled.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
• You may not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use another user’s account without permission.

Acceptable use

• You may not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate leaderboards, automate gameplay, or interfere with the game service.

Purchases, subscriptions, and ads

If Shapes: Obey the Rule offers paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or rewarded ads, they may be handled by Google Play, AdMob, or another provider. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules may be controlled by the applicable provider and shown at the time of purchase.

User content

If the game allows display names, leaderboard entries, support messages, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, platform rules, law, or safety expectations.

Enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the game for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, cheating, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or conduct that harms players or the service.

Shapes: Obey the Rule is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of progress, specific rewards, or compatibility with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curnte Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party conduct or service interruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the game, legal obligations, or platform requirements change. Continued use of the game after updates means you accept the updated terms.
